Official Rules for Resorts Owners

NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. SIMPLY LOG ON TO PUEBLOBONITOPREMIER.COM AND FILL OUT AN ENTRY FORM. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the below Sweepstakes Official Rules and agree to them.

SPONSOR: International Cruise & Excursion Gallery, Inc. doing business as Our Vacation Center ("OVC") is the sole Sponsor of this Sweepstakes, and has exclusive responsibility for the operation and the terms and conditions governing this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored or endorsed by timeshare entity (collectively and hereinafter "Your Resort").

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to all residents of the United States or Mexico who, as of the time of participation, are twenty-one (21) years or older, and are owners of a timeshare interest of at least one (1) week or equivalent at Your Resort who are current on the payment of their maintenance fees at that fee’s due date. One entry per maintenance week interest or equivalent. This Sweepstakes does not discriminate against anyone based on race, sex, age, handicap, religion, national origin or marital status. Employees of the Sponsor or of Your Resort their affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, suppliers, and their immediate families are not eligible to win. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. All entries will be entered into a random Prize drawing conducted by an OVC representative who will draw one winner at random. The drawing will be held no later than 5:00 p.m. on or about January 22, 2010 at the corporate offices of OVC located at 10030 N. 25th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85021. Winners will be notified by mail. The winner must meet all qualifications listed herein. If the potential winner does not claim the Prize within sixty (60) days of the drawing or does not comply with these Official Drawing Rules, an alternate winner will be selected.

CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: The Prize is a cash refund of the value of a maximum one (1) week, or equivalent, of Your Resort’s 2010 maintenance fee payable by check to the owner of the timeshare interest plus $1,000 Vacation Cash credit to an active Pueblo Bonito Premier membership. Only one such Prize will be awarded. Estimated retail value of the prize will depend on Your Resort’s maintenance fee for your week or equivalent. Owners of multiple week interests or equivalents will be limited to the lowest maintenance fee among those interests. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received by OVC from Your Resort’s owners. Winner will be required to submit tax disclosure forms to Sponsor in order to claim prize. All income taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Entrants need not be present to win.

VACATION CASH: Vacation Cash is valued and available as indicated on the Pueblo Bonito Premier website inside the Vacation Cash section within the membership of Redeemer. Vacation Cash can only be applied by Pueblo Bonito Premier Redeemer to the purchase of Cruises, Resorts and Experiential Vacations offered through Pueblo Bonito Premier and other restrictions may apply. Vacation Cash cannot be used to purchase travel insurance. Vacation Cash is not transferrable but can be applied by the Redeemer to the purchase of Cruises and Experiential Vacations offered through Pueblo Bonito Premier for non-members and additional fees may apply. Vacation Cash must be applied at time of new booking. Vacation Cash expires one (1) year from issuance. Vacation Cash must be applied to new bookings prior to this expiration date. If cancellation of a vacation booked using Vacation Cash occurs within penalty Vacation Cash will be the last funds applied against penalty. If any portion of Vacation Cash remains after penalty it will then be refunded directly into the Pueblo Bonito Premier Vacation Cash account. To apply Vacation Cash to a Cruise, Resort or Experiential Vacation Pueblo Bonito Premier members should call 1-866-266-3575. Vacation Cash is only available while the Pueblo Bonito Premier membership is active. If membership lapses into an expired status, all Vacation Cash funds will be absorbed by Pueblo Bonito Premier and be no longer available to Pueblo Bonito Premier member. Vacation Cash is not redeemable or refundable, upon the cancellation of a vacation, for cash.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper delay of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. Sponsor also reserves the right to eliminate all entrants found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Sweepstakes Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner's name, prize won, voice, hometown, and likeness for purposes of advertising and/or Sweepstakes and publicity by OVC. The Sponsor is not responsible for undelivered, lost, late, misdirected, garbled or incomplete entries or for any technical problems related to or limiting the ability of an individual to participate in the Sweepstakes. The winner agrees to release and forever hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective officers, directors, employees, members, affiliates and agents from and against any claim or cause of action whatsoever arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes. All entrants agree to release and forever hold harmless the Sponsor and their respective officers, directors, employees, members, affiliates and agents from and against any claim or cause of action whatsoever arising out of any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Winner and all entrants hereby release and indemnify Your Resort, its and their agents and employees from any and all liability that may arise from participation in this Sweepstakes or any claims arising from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, or judgments arising out of or relating to entrant’s entry or participation or use or misuse of prizes.

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Sweepstakes Rules or the rights and obligations of the entrants, winners and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Arizona or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Arizona. The following Sweepstakes is intended for viewing and participation at the time of entry and shall be construed and evaluated only according to United States law.
