Official Rules for Resorts Owners
Qualifying members will be provided a link to activate their Maintenance Fee Reward after successfully paying their 2011 Resort Maintenance Fee on their home resort website. Members will be required to activate their Maintenance Fee Reward and provide a valid home phone number and email address to receive the Buy-One, Get-One Reward electronically. Additionally, members who pay their 2011 Maintenance Fee by the payment date enclosed on your annual Maintenance Fee bill, qualify for a Bonus Reward offer and will be automatically entered for a chance to win a FREE 7-Day Cruise for Two (see Bonus Reward Terms & Conditions for complete rules). By participating in this Promotion, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the below Official Rules and agree to them.
SPONSOR: International Cruise & Excursion Gallery, Inc. doing business as Our Vacation Center ("OVC") is the sole Sponsor of this Promotion, and has exclusive responsibility for the operation and the terms and conditions governing this Promotion. This Promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by timeshare entity (collectively and hereinafter "Your Resort").
ELIGIBILITY: Offer valid for residents of the United States and where not otherwise prohibited by law who, as of the time of participation, are twenty-one (21) years or older, and are owners of a timeshare interest of at least one (1) week or equivalent at Your Resort who are current on the payment of their maintenance fees at that fee's due date. One entry per maintenance week interest or equivalent. This Promotion does not discriminate against anyone based on race, sex, age, handicap, religion, national origin or marital status. Employees of the Sponsor or of Your Resort their affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, suppliers, and their immediate families are not eligible to win. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. All entries for the 7-Day Cruise for Two will be entered into a random Prize drawing conducted by an OVC representative who will draw one winner at random. Deadline for entry can be found on your annual Maintenance Fee bill. The drawing will be held no later than 5:00 p.m. within fifteen business days from entry date at the corporate offices of OVC located at 15501 N. Dial Blvd., Scottsdale, AZ 85260. Winners will be notified by email and posted. The winner must meet all qualifications listed herein. If the potential winner does not claim the Prize within sixty (60) days of the drawing or does not comply with these Official Drawing Rules, an alternate winner will be selected.
BUY-ONE, GET-ONE OFFER AND PRICING: Reward Certificate is redeemable toward select cruise, resort and hotel accommodations, cabin categories and resort unit types available through OVC. Minimum purchase and age requirements apply. Cruise rates are in U.S. dollars, per person based on double occupancy and includes cost of cruise fare only and specifically excludes port fees, taxes, travel costs, transportation and other expenses that may be incurred such as personal expenses, onboard incidentals; upgrade fees, security deposits, and other fees and charges levied by the cruise line. Resort and hotel rates are in U.S. dollars, per night based on unit occupancy and includes cost of resort or hotel accommodations only and specifically excludes taxes, travel costs, transportation and other expenses that may be incurred such as personal expenses, all-inclusive or onsite fees fees, upgrades, security deposits, and other fees and charges levied by the resort. Available cruises, resorts or hotels offered under this promotion are subject to change without notice. Offer is not combinable with special promotions, discounted or loyalty rates, points redemption or any other offers. Other restrictions may apply.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper delay of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. Sponsor also reserves the right to eliminate all entrants found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Sweepstakes Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor is not responsible for undelivered, lost, late, misdirected, garbled or incomplete entries or for any technical problems related to or limiting the ability of an individual to participate in the Promotion. The winner agrees to release and forever hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective officers, directors, employees, members, affiliates and agents from and against any claim or cause of action whatsoever arising out of participation in the Promotion. All entrants agree to release and forever hold harmless the Sponsor and their respective officers, directors, employees, members, affiliates and agents from and against any claim or cause of action whatsoever arising out of any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Promotion. Winner and all entrants hereby release and indemnify Your Resort, its and their agents and employees from any and all liability that may arise from participation in this Sweepstakes or any claims arising from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, or judgments arising out of or relating to entrant's entry or participation or use or misuse of prizes.
DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of the entrants, winners and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Arizona or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Arizona. CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: The Prize is one (1) certificate for a seven (7) night cruise for two (2). Only one such Prize will be awarded. Estimated retail value of the prize is between $750 and $1,000 and is subject to change up until the point of redemption due to rapidly fluctuating rates. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received by OVC from Your Resort's owners. Winner will be required to submit tax disclosure forms to Sponsor in order to claim prize. All income taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Entrants need not be present to win.
